Agnes Ann Dougall lived a warm and full 91 years before passing into final rest on Saturday, March 15th, 2025. Born July 16, 1933, in South Bend, Indiana to Frank and Agnes Clark, Agnes grew up in Osceola surrounded by many brothers and sisters. As a young woman she met and fell in love with Charles Dougall. They were married on July 22nd in 1950 at First Presbyterian Church of South Bend. In their picket fence home along the St. Joe River, Agnes and Charles raised three beautiful children. Their family enjoyed making memories together both at home and on the road. From casting in Little Fish Lake to a full family cross-country road trip to California, including summiting the Pyramid of the Sun just north of Mexico City, Agnes’ life was filled with adventure. Though they enjoyed traveling all over the country in their camper and their motorhome, in 1990 Agnes and Charles settled down in Lake Wales, Florida on Lake Kissimmee. There they enjoyed fishing and sightseeing, and their children and grandchildren joined them for vacations filled with wildlife. After fifteen years of life in The Sunshine State, Agnes and Charles returned to Osceola where they had lived for 63 years. Agnes kept a beautiful home and gardens and was an active member of the church and social clubs wherever she went. She enjoyed caring for and taming stray cats, creating connections with her neighbors, and a good card game, especially euchre. Charles and Agnes were lucky enough to spend 58 beautiful years of married life together.

In 2008 Agnes was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dougall. She was also preceded by her grandchildren, Justin Dougall and Annissa Montel, her brothers John, Robert, Richard, Dale and Frank, and her sisters Helen, Evelyn and Eunice-May, and her son Charles Dougall Junior. Most recently, on March 2nd, 2025, her son, Scott, passed on. Agnes is survived by her daughter Rebecca (Marvin) Stewart and her grandchildren Kathy (Travis) Allen and Paul (Ariel) Stewart.

A celebration of life service and dinner will be held for Agnes and her son Scott will be held at 11:00 am at the Osceola Methodist Church on Friday, March 28, 2025.
