BARBARA M. EVANS : April 2, 1934- December 20, 2014-Barbara M. Evans of Elkhart at the age of 80, has gone home. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, a daughter Aletha Paluzzi, grandson Michael Paluzzi, , her parents, two brothers and a sister. She is survived by her daughters Gwen (Andy) Bennett, Gail (Joe) Bailey and her sons Marvin (Kathy) Walters, John (Lynn) Walters, Floyd (Wanda) Walters. Also left to cherish her memories are 17grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild. Barbara was a member of Civil Defense for many years, a homemaker and a Breast Cancer survivor. Visitation will be from 11:00 - 1:00 Friday December 26, 2014 at Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be immediately following visitation at the funeral home. Pastor Chuck Worting from the Northway Church of Christ in South Bend will preside and burial will follow at St Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger. Memorial Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association. Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home is being entrusted with the arrangements.
