Devon Martin Smith Jr.

Devon Martin Smith Jr., was stillborn on July 18, 2024. Though Devon's time with us was brief, his presence touched the hearts of all who awaited his arrival.

Devon is lovingly remembered and survived by his father, Devon Martin Smith Sr., and his mother, Jamica Baker-Kennedy. He is also survived by his siblings, Dy'Lonni Smith, La'Mia House, and Avi'onna Gary, all of whom eagerly anticipated welcoming their little brother. His grandmother, Jennifer Kennedy, along with several aunts, uncles, and extended family members, also mourn the loss of this beautiful child.

Devon joins his grandparents, Donna Murphy and Edgar Harbin, in heaven, where he will be forever cradled in their loving arms.

Though Devon’s life was brief, he will remain in our hearts for eternity, a reminder of the love and joy that he brought to his family even before his arrival.

Cruz Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.  private services were held to honor and celebrate the brief yet precious life of Devon Martin Smith Jr.
