Faye Jean (Mcfall) Culp

Faye J. Culp, 86 passed away peacefully on January 31, 2023 at Hubbard Hill Retirement Community, Elkhart.

Faye was born on September 12, 1936 in Lutts, Tennessee to the late Virgil and Elise McFall.   On August 25, 1956 she married the late Homer Culp in the Osceola United Methodist Church, Homer passed away in 2016 with Faye at his side.

Before moving to Hubbard Hill she was a longtime resident of Osceola.  Faye was also preceded in death by her brothers, Edwin and Gerald.

Survivors of Faye include her 2 children, Bryan (Nancy) Sr. of Mishawaka and Julie of Osceola: 3 grandchildren, Bryan Lee Jr. of Lima Ohio, Ben of Mishawaka, and Aimee of Seattle Washington: 2 greatgrandchildren, Zackary and Bonnie both of Lima Ohio: and numerous nephews and nieces.

Faye graduated from Madison Township High School in 1954 and then started working in the Advertising Department at Dodge Manufacturing Corporation located in Mishawaka Indiana where she met her future husband Homer.  In 1958 she left Dodges to become a full time homemaker.  Also from 1957 to 1998 she worked with Homer in his Public Accounting business.

Faye worshiped at the Jamestown United Methodist Church for over 50 years where she held numerous volunteer positions.

Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, February 5th with visitation starting beforehand at 2 pm, at the Cruz Family Funeral Home located at 1109 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN with Rev. Bowman officiating.  Interment Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Faye lying next to her husband, Homer.

The family of Faye wish to thank the employees of Hubbard Hill for the care and love they showed to Faye for the last 10 ½ years.
