Geoff Rene deLusignan, 66, of South Bend, IN, passed away due to unfortunate circumstances in his home on February 15, 2022. Geoff was born on May 29, 1955, in South Bend, IN. to Raymond and Moline (Ruggles) deLusignan.
Geoff was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved everything about the great outdoors and wished to share it with those around him. He instilled a great love of travel and exploration in his family along with the desire to care for all God’s creatures. He was a wonderful husband, father, and provider. He created his own business, A & S Electric from the ground up, and was well known in his field. He greatly enjoyed teaching the skills he had learned to others so that they could succeed in life.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa deLusignan and their daughters, Anna (Rudy) Woolet, and Sarah (Joshua) Kapaun. Along with his grandchildren, he is also survived by his brother, Dorien (Cheryl) deLusignan, his sisters, Chris Gordon, and Valery (Tim) St. Clair, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Moline (Ruggles) deLusignan, his brother-in-law Mike Gordon, and his oldest granddaughter, KimberLeigh Christine.
At his request there will not be a public service, but condolences for the family may be sent to Cruz Family Funeral Home. His family will gather at a later date to spread his ashes in a beloved location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the NRA or the Rocky Mountain Elk foundation. Geoff was a huge advocate of the NRA and wildlife conservation. Any donation would be a wonderful testimony to his legacy.
