Sonny had a passion for classic cars that rivaled the most dedicated enthusiasts. His eyes would light up at the sight of a vintage beauty, and the camaraderie he shared with his sons and friend Bill at car shows created memories that will forever be cherished.
In his younger years, Sonny found freedom on the open road while riding his motorcycle. The wind in his hair and the thrill of the ride were sources of pure joy for him. His garage was always a busy place where Sonny spent many hours tinkering and maintaining his lawn equipment.
Sonny's career was defined by hard work, dedication, and a commitment to providing for his family. Starting as a house mover for his uncle’s business, he later found his calling at Hostetter Nursery and Landscaping. Over the years, Sonny helped create numerous beautiful landscaping projects throughout the Michiana area.
His life will be remembered for his willingness to help others. A true friend in times of need, he extended a helping hand without hesitation or question, showing others the spirit of generosity and kindness.
Even in the face of life's challenges, Sonny retained his sense of humor and zest for simple pleasures. To the very end, he savored homemade snacks and cherished his beloved Pepsi-Cola, finding joy in the everyday moments that define a life well-lived.
