Goldie Bergman March 16, 1914 - April 28, 2016 ELKHART - On Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 7:30 AM our mom, grandma, great grandma, great great grandma and great great great grandma (a six generation family) went to be with the Lord Jesus whom she loved and served many years. She was 102 years old. She was born in Elkhart to the late Blanche (Andrews) and Elmer Kindig. She was married to her husband the late Richard Bergman for 58 years. Richard passed away in April 2012. Also preceding her in death were a daughter Shirley Swartzell in 1934; four sisters; Edna Deak, Lillian Squires, Eva Jean Trowbridge and Vivian Singleton; Surviving are one daughter; Wanda Walker; grandsons; Richard, Dan, and Mitchell Davis; ten great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, cousins and loving friends. She was a member of California Road Missionary Church. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016 at 12:00 PM at the Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home; 1109 Lincolnway West, Osceola, Indiana, 46561. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery with a meal to follow at California Road Missionary Church. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral on Tuesday.
