Jennifer L. Kucenski

Jennifer L. (Cantrell) Kucenski, 72, of Elkhart, entered heavenly rest at home on Friday, December 6, 2024. She was born in Nappanee on January 24, 1952, and later married Edward Kucenski on July 4, 1981. He preceded her in death in 1999. 

Surviving are her sons, Jason and Josh (Rayanna Waire) Kucenski, both of Elkhart and Brent Lane of Niles, MI. Jennifer leaves behind 7 grandchildren as well, Emma, Zoey, Braelyn, Bubba, Masea, Kaden, and Hailey. 

Jennifer found her greatest joy and purpose in being a loving mom and grandma. Family was at the heart of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. She dedicated herself to raising her sons as a stay-at-home mom, and even after they grew up, she remained a constant presence in their lives, actively helping to raise her grandchildren.

Beyond her devotion to family, Jennifer had a creative spirit and enjoyed crafting unique and meaningful items for her family and friends. She also valued her independence, finding fulfillment in balancing her personal interests with her unwavering commitment to those she loved most.

In accordance with her wish, cremation has taken place with a time to visit with family and friends is scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 5-7pm at Cruz Family Funeral Home, Osceola. A private family burial is scheduled for a later date.
