John Alan Neace

John Alan Neace, 54, of Mishawaka died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024. He was born on April 15, 1970, in Mishawaka to the late Gary K. Neace and Rebecca “Becky” Miller.

Becky survives along with his stepfather Michael Miller, brothers Gary (Charlene) Neace and Michael Miller, all of Hammond, Aunt Connie (Johnny) Neace and Kay Pamachena, his niece Kelli Sue Neace and many extended family.

John built his career at Forest River RV, working in the production department until an accident forced him to retire. However, this setback didn’t diminish his love for the outdoors, which became an even greater focus in his life. John had a deep appreciation for nature, spending countless hours wandering through the woods and collecting unique rocks that caught his eye. His passion for the natural world extended into landscaping, where he used his talents to transform the yards of family and friends into beautiful, works of art. John enjoyed going for drives, cooking for those who were closest to him and creating lasting memories that will be cherished forever. He will be greatly missed.

In accordance with family wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
