Kathy was employed by Wal-Mart in Elkhart for over 22 years as a cashier. Through her time with Wal-Mart, Kathy made many friends. She enjoyed sewing and in order to raise money for charity, she would wear her homemade clown costume and sell cotton candy to help benefit Riley’s Hospital for Children.

In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and baking sweets with her great-granddaughter and sewing clothes for her grandkids.  She was also very active in 4H with her grandchildren and was an annual member of the Pottawatomi Zoo.
