Kevin F. Wesner, 61, of Osceola passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. He was born October 28, 1963, in Benton Harbor, MI to the late Frederick and Shirley (Jewell) Wesner.
Shirley survives, along with his sister Luann (Terry) Sandmire of Eau Claire, MI, a niece, Lauren (Alec) McGuire of Bridgeman, MI, their children Hayden, Emma, Oakley, and Melanie; nephew, Ryan Sandmire, and longtime friend Mick Vignati of Osceola.
Kevin, a graduate of St. Joseph High School in St. Joseph, MI, dedicated several years to his community starting as a security officer for Whispering Willows Marina, working as a manager at Hobby Lobby and training as a chef at Notre Dame. In his spare time, he found joy in painting and playing piano. A fan of the Fall season, Kevin helped grow and sell pumpkins at a local stand for many years. He cherished time spent with family and close friends, creating lasting memories with those he loved, including his beloved rescue Mini-Chihuahuas, who brought him endless joy and companionship. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family gathering scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Joseph County Humane Society or the American Diabetes Association.
