Lee Ann Eberlein, 47, of Edwardsburg, Michigan, entered into the arms of the Lord on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Born on April 29, 1977, to Edward and Carol (Atkinson)Gill, Lee lived a life full of love, faith, and devotion to those around her. A 1995 graduate of Mishawaka High School, Lee excelled both academically and athletically, competing in volleyball, basketball, and track and field. She continued her education at the University of Notre Dame, where she furthered her athletic career as a member of the track and field team. In 2002, she earned her master’s degree from Indiana University and dedicated her career to helping others as a school social worker for the Edwardsburg Public School System. However, her greatest and most cherished role was being a loving mother to her children.

Lee’s kindness and unwavering generosity left a lasting impact on everyone she met. She built deep and meaningful friendships with a diverse circle of people, always seeking ways to uplift and support those in need. Most recently, she opened her heart and home to foster children, offering them love, stability, and hope for a brighter future. Her faith was the foundation of her life, bringing her immense joy through worship and songs of praise.

A true music lover, Lee enjoyed everything from small local performances to the energy of stadium concerts. She had a wonderful sense of humor, finding laughter in comedy specials and everyday moments. Adventurous and full of life, she always sought to create unforgettable experiences for her family. Whether boundless travel, spending peaceful days at the lake, or simply sharing time with loved ones, Lee embraced each moment with joy and gratitude.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Aubrey Elizabeth, Owen Michael, Mya Jane, Anna Grace, and Morgan LeeAnn Eberlein, all of Edwardsburg, Michigan. She is also survived by the father of her children, Joel M. Eberlein; her parents, Edward and Carol Gill of Mishawaka; and her siblings, Troy (Rebecca) Gill of Mishawaka, Amy (Clint) McCall, and Susan (Jay) Hertel, both of Osceola; and many dear friends.
