Beyond her professional achievements, Linda cherished reading, often immersing herself in new worlds and perspectives through the pages of a book. Linda loved playing Euchre with family and friends and found joy in searching for special gifts for her family. Her passion for literature was rivalled only by her dedication to crafting a warm and inviting home for her family, always surrounded by delicious home cooked meals. Her absence will leave a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her.
Per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a time to celebrate her life is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 11-1 pm, with a service to follow at Cruz Family Funeral Home, Osceola. Linda’s cousin, Ron Drake, will officiate and the burial will take place following the 1pm service at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.
