Linda G. Klein, 82, of Osceola passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at home. She was born on July 8, 1941, in Chicago, to the late Dale and Valerine O’ Blenis, and later married Arthur Klein, who preceded her in death in 1986.
Surviving are their 3 sons, Kirk (Beth Trentadue) Klein of Rome City, Kevin Klein of Osceola, and Keith Klein of Chillicothe, OH. Surviving also are 5 grandchildren: Michael, Nicholas, Erika, Valerie, and Madelynn, and 2 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way.
Linda dedicated over 10 years of her life to the Penn Harris Madison School District, where she was known for her hard work and dedication in food preparation, providing nourishing meals for countless students. She was a devoted fan of the Minnesota Vikings, where her passion for purple became well known, and Notre Dame Football, cheering on her teams with enthusiasm and pride. Linda enjoyed spending her free time playing card games with friends and family, with canasta and Euchre being her favorites, and bowling in the local Osceola leagues with Arthur. Linda found great joy in vacationing with Arthur. Together, they explored various cottages on the lake throughout Michigan, creating a tapestry of beautiful moments and shared experiences. These trips were a testament to their love and adventurous spirit. Above all, Linda treasured the time spent with her family. Her legacy is one of love, dedication, and joy, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
