Maya Adallina Mendez

Maya Adallina Mendez was born on October 9th, 2021. She arrived into a loving family with Jose (Tito, Dad), Julianna (Mom) and Sergio (Big brother). Maya passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2021, from her heart condition.

She was immediately known for being a Princess Warrior by her family. In that short time, she was instantly loved deeply by family and friends. Every second of Maya’s life will be cherished by her parents and family until they get to have her in their arms again. (Rev 21:3,4)

Maya is survived by her parents Jose and Julianna Mendez of Elkhart and her big brother Sergio Mendez, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.   Her grandparents, Julia and David Workman of Syracuse, Indiana and Jose and Ana Mendez of Niles, Michigan survive as well.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 pm Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola.  Maya will be laid to rest privately at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
