Nancy Lee (Fuson) Robertson

Nancy Lee (Fuson) Robertson, age 81 of Mishawaka, passed away at 12:50 am Friday, June 19, 2020 at the Center for Hospice Care in South Bend.  Nancy was born January 6, 1939 in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Robert and Phyllis (Ward) Fuson.   On August 17, 1957, she married James “Bob” Robertson.  They were married for almost 50 years before his passing on April 4, 2007.

Surviving are her children Timothy Robertson and his wife Laurie of South Bend, David Robertson of Texas, Catherine Aschenbrenner and her husband Brian of Mishawaka, and April Stacy and her husband Pete of South Bend. Also surviving is her sister Mary Stillwell and her husband Chuck, twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.  Preceding her in death was her sister Rebecca Fuson and her brother Patrick Fuson.

There will be no formal services for Nancy, but her family asks those who knew and loved her to remember her each in their own special way.   Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Osceola is assisting with arrangements.

For the last four years, Nancy loved talking with her many friends.  She also loved going out to eat, playing BINGO and going on outings.  Merlyn Jones was her best friend and spent time by her side much of the day during Nancy’s illness.
