Pam was employed over 30 years in the medical field  and spent several years as both a nurse and nurse practitioner with Memorial Hospital of South Bend before serving as the school nurse at Jackson Middle School for two years before joining the staff at  Beacon Home Health Care.

In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, shopping and she was notorious for being found eating ice cream and other frozen treats by her family and friends. She had an incredible talent for interior design and loved to decorate and make improvements to her home.

Her kindness and tender heart allowed her to dedicate her entire nursing career to helping children. She will be fondly remembered as “mom” to numerous people who she helped during her time on Earth, and all the animals she was blessed to take in and lovingly care for.

In her memory, donations may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Riley’s Hospital for Children.
