PATRICIA M. CRISMAN January 19, 1942 - February 14, 2016

OSCEOLA- Patricia M. Crisman, 74, of Osceola, passed away at 3:20 p.m. Sunday February 14, 2016 at the Elkhart Hospice House. She was born January 19, 1942 in Detroit, MI to the late Irving A. Wolf and Janie E. (Raikes) Simmons. On July 22, 1967 in Union Lake, MI she married Dale E. Crisman. He preceded her in death on Sept. 8, 2005 in Marion, Michigan. She is survived by her children, James L. Haywald (Teresa D.) of Osceola, IN, Jerry R. Haywald (Elisabeth) of Chester, VA and Teresa M. Belkiewicz (James H.) of Marion, MI; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and her siblings, Jim Simmons (Shirley), Margie Kasten (Alan), Vanessa Vanaman (Todd) and Sam Simmons all of Michigan. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services and cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services. Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home is entrusted with her arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart, Indiana.
