Sawyer Joe Weissert

Sawyer Joe Weissert, a bright and joyous soul, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the age of four months. Sawyer was born on August 23, 2023. Despite his short time on Earth, Sawyer left a permanent mark on the hearts of all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Stephanie Weissert and his grandparents Randolph and Diana MacNeal, and his Great Aunt, Deb Bumpus, all of Elkhart.

Sawyer was a beacon of happiness. Even in the face of illness, he continued to radiate joy, his infectious smile capturing the essence of pure innocence. Sawyer was a “miracle baby” and a blessing to Stephanie. He knew nothing but warmth and unconditional love from those who held him dear. His laughter echoed through our hearts, leaving behind cherished memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm Friday, January 26, 2024, at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola.
