Scot was employed for many years in the mechanical and electrical field before taking on a new skill as a welder at MORryde International. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting and restoring classic cars and was especially fond of his Chevelle SS. He loved watching NASCAR and was an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt. He also enjoyed NHRA Drag Racing as well.
Most of all, Scot loved his family and his hometown of Osceola. He will also be remembered fondly for his love of animals, especially his dogs “7-Up and Cosmo.” Because of his love for animals, the Hummer family would like donations to be given in Scot’s memory to the Humane Society of St. Joseph County.
