Servando Ochoa, Sr. August 7, 1957-November 1, 2013 Indianapolis-Servando Ochoa 56, of Elkhart, passed away at 4:20 p.m. On Friday, November 1, 2013 at Indianapolis University Hospital. He was born on August 7, 1957 in Los Ramones, Mexico to the late Facundo and Virginia Ochoa. On November 5, 1978 in Mexico he married Blanca A. Cortez, she survives. Also surviving are 5 children; Servando (Nancy) Ochoa Jr., Noberto (Andrea) Ochoa of Texas, Anabel Ochoa of Elkhart, Josie Ochoa of Elkhart and Ivana Cortez of Texas, 3 sisters, 3 brothers and 3 gandchildren. Servando was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services for Servando will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 2-6 p.m. at Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home, 1109 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN. Pastor Arturo Acosta will preside. Servando worked as a spot welder at Ventline in Bristol. He was a member of Primera Igresia Bautisa Hispana de Midway. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the family to offset funeral expenses.
