Sylvia was a proud mom who loved to go camping, cooking, watching classic TV shows/movies, traveling, selfies, smoking weed, going to the fair and spending time with the people she loved. She worked in her younger years as a CNA and enjoyed taking care of her patients. She had a special love for her family, especially her grandchildren, and she was very excited about the upcoming arrival of her first great-grandchild who is due in November.. She was always an independent person who lived life on her own terms. She had to start her day with a coffee and a morning selfie posted Facebook, always with the caption “Just chillin’”. Sylvia loved calling her kids and her sisters every day to catch up on gossip. Her children will always remember her as a stubborn, funny, and most of all a loving person. Some of their favorite memories of her were made at the campground where she loved to cook for everyone, or at cookouts or birthday parties where she loved to laugh and share old stories. Some of her favorite phrases were “Must be nice!”, “Wow!”, or “Excuse me!”. Sylvia was one of a kind, and she will be very missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
