VALERIE M. BECRAFT September 17, 1952 - November 5, 2013 ELKHART- Valerie M. Becraft, 61, of Elkhart, passed away at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday November 5, 2013 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was a resident of Elkhart Rehabilitation Center for 5 years. Valerie was born September 17, 1952 in South Bend to Russell & Luella (Schlotterback) Kissinger. On February 5, 1973 in Tennessee she married Michael R. Becraft. He survives along with 1 brother, Douglas (Sue) Kissinger of South Bend; 2 sisters, Diana Kissinger of South Bend, Teresa (Alan) Czajkowski of Mishawaka; 2 nephews, Rob (Tracy) Likes of Osceola, Rejji Beals of Mishawaka;2 nieces, Nashell (Jim) Baines and Alecia Czajkowski both of Mishawaka. She was preceded in death by her parents. Valerie was a homemaker who enjoyed collecting butterfly's and angels. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home, 1109 Lincolnway West in Osceola. Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
