A true "girl dad," Dewane found his greatest joy in being a provider for his family. He was a guiding light for his daughters, coaching their softball teams and creating lasting bonds with the girls and his grandkids through shared activities like fishing, camping, shooting guns, riding four-wheelers, biking, and grilling out. His love for the outdoors was only surpassed by his love for family.
Dewane also found joy in the “wind therapy” of the open road, where he found peace riding his beloved Harley. Dewane also had great enthusiasm while engaging in discussions on politics. A proud American, Dewane was never shy to express his beliefs and values, leaving a lasting impression on those around him.
He also showcased his musical talents as a skilled drummer and singer. He shared his gift with the local community through various bands, including the well-known "Furious George." His performances resonated with many, leaving an indelible mark on the local music scene. Dewane's true strengths were shown through his selflessness, kindness, and generosity. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His giving heart touched countless lives, and his respectful nature endeared him to everyone he encountered.
A man of faith, Dewane held a deep belief in God. He shared his love of the Lord with his family, creating a foundation of spirituality that will be passed on for generations.
