Walt was employed for 42 years with the Uniroyal Corporation. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, playing board games with his family, camping and reading. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather to his family. Most of all, Walt loved the Lord, and shared his faith with others often. He was a longtime member of the Ireland Road Church of God where he taught Sunday school, led men’s fellowship, and mowed and cared for the Church property.
