In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time outside enjoying nature, fishing, hunting and mushroom hunting. Most of all, Bill treasured spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also spent many years volunteering his time as a Sunday school teacher at Cedar Road Missionary Church, Granger Missionary Church, and most recently as a member at Chapel Hill Missionary Church in Union, Michigan.
